Dear Pilgrimage Leader,

Thank you for your interest in HCEF’s unique, customized Living Stones Pilgrimages in the Holy Land! In order to design the best possible pilgrimage experience for your group, we ask you to answer the questions below, and send this questionnaire as an e-mail attachment to info@holylandtours.ps. HCEF staff will contact you to arrange an unforgettable pilgrimage suited to your unique group!

General Information
- HCEF can provide suggested itineraries upon request, or for your existing itinerary.
- All our pilgrimages are conducted in cooperation in the Churches of Jerusalem.
- Pilgrimages usually last for a minimum of 7 nights & 8 days (including travel time). Ideal pilgrimage duration is 13 nights & 14 days in order to permit pilgrims the best possible experience.
- Meeting at arrival and departure, and airport transfers.
- Professionally licensed Christian Spanish-speaking tour guide throughout the program.
- Transportation in a deluxe motor coach with Wi-Fi.
- Accommodation 4 Stars hotels or equivalent, and religious guest houses.
- Daily mass can be arranged upon request.
- Entrance fees to all tourism sites included in the itinerary.
- Airport and border taxes.
- Please let HCEF know if any of your pilgrims have special needs.
- Pilgrimage itineraries may include other countries as requested.
